This home is on the North West side of the Island which hosts the nicest beaches (Jobos/Isabela, Rincon, Crash Boat) and close to the best hiking, caving and interior activities.

Air Port (Aguadilla) - 37 minutes

Air Port (San Juan)- 1hr 15 minutes

Air Port (Ponce)- 1hr 20 minutes

Beach (Jobos)Isabella- 20 minutes

Beach (Rincon)- 1 hour

Mall:

Plaza del Norte Mall - 20 minutes

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My name is Quivan and I'm originally from Mayaguez, PR. I took a trip with my girlfriend and a couple of my close friends to PR last week (from March 12th – March 15th) to show them the island and to visit my family. I heard about HomeAway.com through my father, who knows a few people that own properties for rent on the website. When I came across this property, I couldn't believe what I saw for the price. I contacted the owner to make sure it wasn't a scam and sure enough, this is a beautiful 2-story ocean-front home in Quebradillas and there's NOTHING wrong with it - everything looks like the pictures and the owner is cool & very friendly. The only little problem we had was that the power went out in the middle of the night one time, so when we woke up, we were hot because the A/C was off. But, it was an easy fix; we just went downstairs to the power-box, switched everything off & back on, and the power came back within a few minutes. This only happened once during the 3 days we were there. The only other thing I would say (just in case you're planning on bringing a lot of people with you) is that I don't think it can actually sleep 30 people comfortably (maybe about 10 with the 3 beds and all the couches)....it can definitely fit 30+ people for a party, easily...but if you invite 30 ppl to stay the night, a lotta people will be on the floor....lol. Overall, I would most definitely, absolutely, 100% rent this house again for my trips to PR in the future and I would definitely recommend it to a friend. I didn't want to leave, but unfortunately all good things must come to an end... Thank you Adam!! Really appreciate the hospitality!!

Sorry about the electric as that has never happened. I assume it was something that tripped the breaker that you kindly reset for me.
P.S. You are correct, a bunch of people would fit on air mattress but about 10 on beds and sofas. This home is great for events!

Best deal EVER

I went to the island for this past Spring Break with my boyfriend and some friends. This was one of the best deals I have ever seen. To rent a house with an ocean view for this price is still unbelievable to me. Oh and not to mention that Adam is one of the easiest guys to deal with. He is business first but not most importantly. Even when someone in our party got sick, he checked in and made sure that we were as comfortable as could be, considering the circumstances. He was ready to deal with any problems and not more than a text away. HomeAway made this trip and I will DEFINITELY be using them again.
