Before you even venture from the house onto the sand, you'll enjoy fantastic sunsets and water views right from the screened deck and living room. Imagine watching the sun dip down into the Gulf of Mexico while you are getting dinner ready in the fully equipped kitchen. Large glass sliders bring the beach right to you and open up the whole living area to the large screened porch.

The upstairs Master Suite has a private sun porch facing the extreme beauty of sandy beach and sparkling Gulf waters. Featuring a King-size bed and a private bath, this suite's focal point is the Beach!

The second master suite, on the main level, has a queen bed and private bath. This bright and cheery suite offers large bay windows and is located just off the living area.

Beach Villa One offers a fully equipped kitchen... perfect for beach treats or marvelous fresh catch you prepare for dining by the sea. The living room offers Satellite TV, a cozy fireplace, and panoramic views of the beach and water.

On the ground level there is an outdoor beach shower, one 4 seater golf cart for your use- plus a charging station to keep your cart zippy, and private winding sandy paths to the beach.

Beach Villa One includes full use of the Safety Harbor Club Amenities. You will enjoy a resort-style pool at the Clubhouse, two tennis courts, and use of the boat docks for your vessel.

This home is a true paradise! Located on a divine island with miles of beaches - soft sugar sand and marvelous sea shells. North Captiva Island is a great vacation spot for beachcombers of any age. The gentle blue green waves of the Gulf of Mexico constantly redecorate the island’s beaches with wondrous shell varieties.

Adventuring around the island you may even catch a glimpse of our wonderful local wildlife - Sea Turtle nests along the beach, otters, Gopher Tortises along the sandy roads, numerous species of birds...majestic white pelicans, herons, bald eagles, egrets, sandpipers – just some of the colorful seaside wildlife that make North Captiva their home.

This beautiful gulf front beach villa has two bedrooms and two baths. Enjoy fantastic sunsets and water views from the screened deck or from the comfort of the living area with its large glass sliders. Maser suite on the upper level has a king bed, sun deck and private bath. The second master suite on the main level has a queen bed and private bath.

What makes this villa unique

Its a comfortable cozy place with almost compete privacy and the ability to interact with nature. From slow moving Gopher Turtles to fast swimming Dolphins and swooping Pelicans out for dinner it’s all here naturally.

Direct access to the beach is wonderful. No big preparation needed just step out the door and your there. Miles of beaches to walk or to fish from without a crowd in sight except perhaps a flock of Sandpipers scouring a meal.

Sand paths masquerade as roads and stars stand in for street lights. No motor noise from a slow moving golf cart or peddled bike.

At the same time there is fine dinning available and tennis to help work up a sweat in preparation for a swim in the club pool. Kayaking or Back Bay fishing is available and even off island golf.

But there is no need to get too involved in all these activities as simply soaking up the environment is a fulfilling experience.
