The master bedroom has a queen size bed and overlooks the backyard. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The bathroom features a nice shower-tub and plenty of storage. The fully equipped kitchen is large and very convenient. Plenty of appliances like dishwasher, espresso machine, full fridge and gas stove. All the utensils for cooking and preparing meals are provided. The living room & dining room are shared in the same large and very cozy space. It has lots of natural light and perfect for a afternoon cup of tea or glass of wine. This area overlooks the beautiful patio that you can also use. It is shared with the other apartments in the building but never crowded. Have breakfast in a typical San Francisco back yard. The afternoon light has special charm. The couch can convert to a flat twin size bed for an extra 5th guest. As all our properties high speed wireless internet is provided. The HDTV has also wireless connection to browse the net and unlimited netflix. The TV has no cable or satellite channels.

Neighborhood: noe valley step into classic San Francisco neighborhood living – a small town feeling in a big city with sidewalk cafes, neighborhood bars, cute shops, grocery stores and even a Saturday farmer’s market. Noe valley is known for being sunny and friendly with easy access to downtown and everything that San Francisco has to offer. The apartment is a block away from the j church muni metro, a short ride to union square and downtown San Francisco. The bart train is a 5-10 minute walk away and provides easy and convenient transportation to the greater San Francisco bay area. Only half block from fashionable and trendy 24th street, full of shops, bars, and restaurants, including a post office, convenience store, whole foods market (grocery store) and a la boulange (just across the street) for delicious french baked goods. Of course there are also trendy boutiques, gift stores, banks, and convenience stores for essentials. Stroll a few blocks further and you can enjoy the nightlife in the hip mission district, or enjoy a day in the sun in Dolores park.
