2nd floor above promenade, (1st if entering by foot from street), 2 Elevators, Covered Private Parking.

WIFI, Cable, 2 Flat Screen TV'S, Central Air, Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen.

The apt. is located 5 minutes north of the center of town, with many cafe's, restaurants and shops. In addition, right in front of the building, across the street, you will find groceries, Laundromat (though apt has washer/dryer), hair salon and restaurants.

Beach access right next to building.

No road between you and the beach! Full view and sounds of the waves, above promenade, you can't get any closer to the water.

Property is located on a beautiful blvd that runs along the beach, on the 'beach side' of the road. It is in the north part of the city, 5 minutes walk to the central Kikar in down town. The area has many cafe's, restaurants, and shopping as well as cultural events. The apartment overlooks Netanya's famous promenade wich follows the cost line for kilometers. Great for strolling or jogging.
