It features a pool, with chairs and tables with umbrellas and grass soccer field.

Wide area with grill, freezer, large table and wooden benches.

In another room a games room with pool table and foosball.

At home we have 03 quarters large living room with fireplace, TV and satellite dish, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker and kitchen utensils.

Capacity for 20 people overnight events and 80 people.

The Farm intended for household use.

The Farm Mariana I is located in the city of Jarinu (2nd best climate in the world, according to UNESCO), the Estancia Santa Helena, 4km after the Maracanã neighborhood with easy access to asphalt.

In the town has points of sales of fruits such as grapes, strawberries, peaches, besides having wineries and wines with artisanal cachaça.
