The Tuscan Sun is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with a private pool and all the comforts of home. Enjoy the sugar white beaches and emerald waters just a block away or plan the family cookout on your large 12 x 18 ft deck overlooking the private pool. The community also offers a large community pool, which is heated in some winter months, as well as two tennis courts and a sand volleyball pit! *NO SMOKING*
