Ocean views, in the trees private retreat, 1/2 block to beach access/Nye Beach

Walk to the Jetty's, Historic Nye Beach, fun with shops, art galleries, great restaurants, wine tasting, Preforming Arts center for live theatre, and the new Coast Park. This home is cozy and right in the heart of everything, but very private. It features; hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, beamed ceilings, great ocean and wooded views, and a extra art/ocean viewing building separate from the main home. Ocean view patios and plenty of parking.
About Lucinda

I live and work in Newport Oregon and have for 20 years. This is a wonderful place to come for a visit to escape the busy city life and relax, with plenty to do to entertain yourselves and your family.

I split my time between Austin, Texas and Newport, Oregon.

Love them both.
