2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo With Beautiful Mountain View!

If you are looking to stay in a beautiful and comfortable condo with no stairs, and a great Ozark Mountain view off the (private) balcony, located one mile west of Silver Dollar City, we are the place for you! Located on Highway 76, our Notch Condo community offers 2 swimming pools, hiking trails, fishing lake and a nice playground and pavilion area.

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, and sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen (full-size fridge, cookware, range, microwave, crockpot, toaster, and that much-needed coffee pot!). We offer free WIFI and cable TV. Central heat and air. Smoke-free. Walk in, no stairs! The style of furnishings is country elegant.

We also offer the convenience of being located less than 1 mile from Dollar General and 2 miles from Wal-Mart.
About Rachael Sowers

We are the Waldens and have been enjoying Branson with our children for many years. Now our children's children have children, so now we enjoy Branson as Great Grandparents! There is no place like Branson. The atmosphere and activities of Silver Dollar City, the shows, Table Rock Lake, and the scenic views are what keep us spending our vacations in Branson.

We purchased this property so our family would have a central place to gather, as we are scattered across the Midwest. We picked the location because of the proximity to Silver Dollar City, the Branson entertainment strip and Table Rock Lake.

What makes this condo unique

Our favorite part of the condo is the private back deck. It is spacious and offers an incredible view of the Ozark Mountains. Our grandchildren appreciate the free WIFI, and our children are thankful for the stocked kitchen to make meals for big groups. We also appreciate the community shelter areas where we can picnic on nice days.

nice quiet place to relax close to SDC and Indian Point clean and furnished well spoke to several neighbors as everyone was very nice as we walked the grounds will stay again if we dont buy one of the units thats how well we enjoyed our stay thanks for the use of your condo

This is a great family vacation spot. Branson is very family friendly and so is this condo. Playgrounds and swimming pools are within walking distance. It is located away from the traffic of Branson. You can sit on the porch and watch the fog disperse over the Ozark mountains. We will be back again!

Delightful Get Away!

Loved staying in this clean, quaint condo. The kitchen had plenty of supplies available, so our family could cook, Then we enjoyed eating on the deck overlooking the Ozark Mtns. The kids also enjoyed swimming in the pool right across the street while we relaxed from our busy day at Silver Dollar City, It was a relaxing place to enjoy time with family and friends.

So Cozy

It was a joy to stay in this condo. I loved being able to see the view of the Ozark mountains outside the balcony every morning. It is also located in a great spot because it is close to the main Branson strip, but no so close we were stuck in traffic all the time. It is just a few minutes away from all the hustle and bustle so we could just relax in our condo when we wanted, or get in the car to go shopping, see shows, go to theme parks, etc.
