Cute bungalow on a quiet country road with deeded beach access to the Winnisquam Park Association beach just a two minute walk away. Great level grassy yard is perfect for lawn games and the paved road is wonderful for bike riding. This two bedroom home has a large eat-in kitchen with seating for 6, cozy living room and full bath on the main level. One bedroom has a queen bed and bedroom two has a full bed. The second level has an open concept loft with a full and twin bed. Pets are negotiable with the required pet fee. Nice quiet location, yet only a 15 minute drive to the Tilton outlet stores, downtown Meredith or downtown Laconia.
