We live close to Mexico City, currently this is property is our vacation home for my wife and I. We decided to rent the property because we have a new born and this year we pretend to stay at home

We loved our stay at Mauricio's studio! It is such a cute, quiet, modern studio, located in the center of Playa Del Carmen. It’s 3 blocks from the beach and one from the famous 5th avenue. You are less than a five minute walk to all the best restaurants, bars and clubs. With private underground parking and a beautiful roof top swimming pool. Kitchen appliances are top quality as well as everything else. If you are into Yoga there is only 2 min away a great place called Palapa Suuk. We spent there a month and felt like home.
Owner is intelligent and understanding person. His property management company is very helpful and reliable.
I highly recommend this property for a nice relaxing stay in the heart of Playa del Carmen. You will not regret it!
