This lovely and newly furnished and decorated town home is located in Golf Village within South Down Shores. Golf Village private pool is located just outside your 3 season porch. Relax at the pool or take a quick (5min) stroll to the 4000 ft. of water frontage that includes a private beach. There is a great playground adjacent to the beach for the kids to play. Sunrise or sunset is the perfect time to have morning coffee or an evening beverage relaxing at the Adirondack chairs overlooking Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Unit has 1st floor master bedroom with on-suite bath. Second floor has bedroom which sleeps four and loft bedroom with a queen and the second full bath.
