3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom, Large Leaving Room and a Garden

Rent one of the most beautiful house with garden in the 6th between the Luxembourg garden and Montparnasse, close to restaurants, museums and shops. This house used to be an atelier were Modigliani painted. You may relax in the garden, away from the city, or open the door and you are just steps away from Saint Germain,the Montparnasse cafés and theatres.

The house was recently refurbished. It is fully equipped with modern appliances and is beautifully decorated.

The house consists of a large leaving room opening on the garden, a kitchen with an AGA, one large bedroom suite with bathroom; two single bedrooms for kids, one bureau and a basement with home video.

About Caroline

We are a couple of lawyers, one specialized in IP, the other one in business law. We have leaved for two years in the US. We leave with our two boys in this house and rent it during the holidays when we are away from home.

What makes this house unique

This house is unique, Modigliani painted there during the Montparnasse area. It is a hidden secret, a little house with a garden that seems to be away from Paris, but is just there in the 6th district. We can stay there for a whole day with a book, relax in the garden, listen to the birds or to music and then go out to the nearby restaurants in Saint Germain or Montparnasse.
