I am co-owner of Casamidy, a furniture design company based in San Miguel de Allende and Brussels, Belgium. The apartment and the building it is in was bought by my great-grandfather. It is a very private and quite yet in the very lively neighborhood of St. Germain.

Most of our renters are clients of ours from our design business. We have designed this and two other properties for clients with a sense for authenticity and design. Our objective is not to offer a generic rental but apartments which feel like home with much attention paid to detail.

The Paris studio was airy, open and light-filled in a great, safe building. The new renovation is gorgeous; everything was impeccably clean and inviting: the bathroom is spacious and gleaming with floor to ceiling white marble, a wide modern sink and fantastic, large waterfall walk-in shower, plus had lots of convenient shelves.
The new, modern galley kitchen was great - wide and spacious, with top notch appliances and details. I enjoyed the furnishings that felt like a stylish apt of a friend's home - comfortable but creative, with views through the oversized windows. The bed was super comfortable.
The location is perfect, and the area immediately surrounding the apt is part of the best of the 6th with fantastic cafes and shops. Being close to the Odeon Metro made access to all of Paris super easy, but picturesque walking between the left or right banks from the apt was best of all. I enjoyed a famous bakery only a couple of blocks away for morning croissants or excellent take-out food.
I'll be back and recommend it to all my friends who are discerning travelers!
This apartment was better than we had even hoped for! It has been tastefully renovated so it feels modern but retains the charm and original features that we wanted from a Paris apartment. Although it is only a studio, it felt spacious as they designed it with a custom bed that separates the bedroom area from the sitting room. Design lovers will appreciate all the unique decorative pieces and the modern carrara marble bathroom with a walk-in rainhead shower. The efficient kitchenette had everything we needed and was great for preparing pre-dinner snacks - baguette (from Eric Kayser just down the street), cheese, pate & wine (highly recommend La Grande Epicerie du Paris on rue de Sevres for gourmet goodies). The apartment is located in a great neighbourhood - the Odeon Metro is just around the corner for easy access to all the sites and it was only a short walk to the Seine. The beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg is a block away and worth relaxing in for a couple of hours . We had some great meals within walking distance, notably La Ferrandaise on rue de Vaugirand and Les Papilles on rue Gay-Lussac (note: you will need reservations at most restaurants except brasseries and cafes).
All in all, the apartment was clean and well appointed, Anne-Marie was a pleasure to deal with, and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. We hope to return one day!
Located on the left bank we are in a lively neighborhood with excellent restaurants, galleries, shops, book stores, museums,
theaters, cinema and 2 blocks from the Luxembourg Garden.
Very centrally located and easy to access all of Paris via metro, bus, taxi or by foot.
