This house is great for family gatherings or groups of friends that are seeking peace and serenity while enjoying all that Kentucky Lake offers. This chalet-styled home boasts some of the best views of Kentucky Lake from almost every room and the wrap-around decks. Located in a quiet, residential area with a covered, private boat slip/dock on deep water, revel in the sun rising over the lake, view thousands of stars at night, and enjoy the fishing and boating that the Lake is famous for.
On the main level, the living room boasts Italian leather furniture and two stories of windows to take in the “best views of the lake”. The open concept flows into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen. There is also a full bath and a large bedroom with 2 queen beds. The wrap around deck is a great gathering place to relax and enjoy the views or barbeque on the new gas grill.
The upper level has a large loft area with more scenic views. It’s a terrific area for the kids to play games, watch TV, or to read a book. The loft has a queen size sleeper sofa that converts this into another semi-private bedroom. The master bedroom and bathroom with slate tiles and large shower, are also on the upper level. From this bedroom, you can experience the sun rising over the lake – fantastic!
The lower level is sure to please, with a full size game room complete with a full size pool table and an oak bar with leather bar chairs. There is also a TV nook for watching “the big game” or DVDs. Also on the lower level is a full bathroom and private bedroom with a queen size bed. Walk out to the lower-level screened in patio (covered by the upper deck) to more seating outside.
The property sleeps up to 10 (1 king, 3 queen size beds and 1 queen sofa bed), 3 full bathrooms (two have tubs, one has a large newly tiled shower), a full kitchen with all the amenities, and a game room complete with a pool table, bar and leather bar chairs. In full, there are 3 living\ seating areas, upper level deck and lower level screened in patio with plentiful seating.
Cable TV on separate channels (i.e. you can watch different channels in separate rooms!), DVD player, high-speed internet access (wired or wireless) and phone.
There are board games, cards, and bikes available to tour the neighborhood. As stated, there is a boat ramp less than ¼ mile away and you can tie up your water toys in the covered boat slip while enjoying the 30' dock for fishing or sunning! If you don’t have a boat, arrangements can be made for daily\weekly rental of pontoon, speed, or fishing boats from nearby marinas!
