When vacationing it is nice to be surprised to find that the place you chose is nicer than the description or pictures could show. This is that house! We have been renting houses and cottages for over 10 years so this is not somebody's basement or 'extra income' homes. I mention this to show the care, quality and cleanliness that we instill in all of our ventures. New carpeting, total repainting, new bedding, and fully equipped kitchen is only the beginning of this home. You will find the ageless brick style home has many waterfront windows and a huge deck off the dining room that has steps leading to the water. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and the master has its own full bathroom and walk in closet. The second bath on the main level is also a full bath. The kitchen is large and has a breakfast bar. Off the kitchen there is a full laundry room so no leaving the property to wash a load of laundry if needed. The living room is comfortable for an evening read or just to sit and talk about the next days events. Heading downstairs to the full walkout lower level you will find a huge entertainment room that is 40 foot long with things to do if you want a break from the sun or for evening fun. There is also another 3/4 bath and bedroom with bunk beds for the kids. The walkout is open and bright and opens to the lake so it is easy access from the water. The house sits on a large 150+ft long waterfront which has an sandy beach area and a nice fire pit to have those evening star watching, s'more roasting and wine sipping end to a great day on the water.
