Fully renovated, large, sunlit, well equipped home is ready for your arrival - the house is full of amenities and is suitable for either families or couples vacationing together. Open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze! Our vacation home features a rare combination of bedrooms - there is one bedroom with queen size bed, one bedroom with two twin beds and one bedroom with full size sleeper on the first floor, and one bedroom with king size bed and one bedroom with 3 twin beds on the second floor, accommodating up to 10 people comfortably. The expansive fireplaced living room, the formal dining room and two bedrooms offer spectacular ocean views. The brand new kitchen is open to the dining room and living area and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave with the convention oven, dishwasher, oven, and cook top.
Crisp fresh bed linens (high thread 100% cotton), fluffy bath and beach towels, beach umbrellas, and all cookware/glassware/dinnerware – all included for your convenience.
Our House is directly facing the beautiful Nantucket Sound SeaView Beach, which is a part of the uninterruptable chain on the beaches over 3 miles long. You will enjoy a wide stretch of clean sand and dunes, lovely warm waters, many activities (including fishing off the pier) there. There are lifeguards, restrooms, showers, snack bars, kid’s playgrounds on these beaches to facilitate family outings. The Skipper restaurant, well-known for its awards winning chowder and lobster and delicious ice cream, is within 5 minutes of the leisurely walk of the house. Just a quick 5 minute drive to Route 28 will take you to numerous restaurants and bars (including the famous Captain Parker’s), supermarkets and a variety of shops. There are 2 miniature golf courses, arcade & bowling place, Ryan Family Amusement Center, ZooQuarium, two golf courses (Blue Rock and Bass River) etc within short distance of our home.
The house is centrally located, so you can explore the Cape in each direction, with every town boasting artist's studios, museums, galleries and craft shops. A favorite among area sight-seeing stops is the Cape Cod National Seashore--a stretch of preserved natural beach where picnicking and guided tours are offered. Departing from Hyannis is a scenic tour aboard the Cape Cod Railroad. The two-hour tour passes cranberry bogs, salt marshes, the seacoast, and Cape Cod Bay and Canal. You will enjoy a tour of Cape lighthouses. There are eight working lighthouses on the Cape, mile-for-mile one of the largest concentrations of working lighthouses in the world. Catch a Duck tour, a perennial favorite with adults and kids! Between April and October, BE SURE to go on a whale-watching cruise.
We supply our guests with such amenities as high quality bed linen, bath towels, paper products, soap, shampoo, shower gel, laundry supplies, beach towels, beach umbrellas and chairs, all at no extra charge. The kitchen is fully stocked. We provide tea, coffee, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils (including pots, pans, bowls etc), glassware, dinnerware, grill, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, patio furnishings, grill and propane for the grill etc.

We spent one week at the end of August and one week in December in this beautiful house with the unbeatable location on the Nantucket Sound Sea View Beach. We love this House! It MORE than met our expectations. In reality the house is better than in the listing... Beds, beddings, linen, bath/beach towels- new and very good quality. The kitchen is brand new, very well equipped, granite counter top, microwave with conventional stove - pleasure to cook! The house is VERY comfortable, spotlessly clean and location is just fantastic – less than one minute, and you are on the beach! The house is also close to very good restaurants end entertainment. We can highly recommend Skipper (just 5 min walk of the house), the Yarmouth House, Captain Parker's pub.
If you like to run swimming after waking up (even before breakfast) in the blue, warm water, stroll along the shore, collect beautiful shells and enjoy morning sun - this house is for you! You don't need a car, you don't need to carry umbrellas, beach chairs (which are provided by owner) etc. to the beach if you don't plan to spend there several hours. You can be back to YOUR house any minute...
The house is conveniently located, very good start point for the daily trips. We went to Nantucket, Provincetown, the Cape Cod National Seashore, Whale-watching cruise, Pirate's Cove mini-golf, Zooquarium...
Our stay in December was also very enjoyable. We went to the beach - sunny days, mild weather, birds, schells, beatiful sunsets... Our favorite restaurants were open and offered delicious meals. The fireplace, games, books, talks, cooking, shopping, antiquing (famous glass)- we were busy every day! But we found the time to listen the MET opera at the historical Cape Cinema known for the largest in the U.S. and one of only five murals Kent did in his lifetime. Also, we didn't miss the magical journey on the Polar Express!
