2013 PRIME SEASON RATE $2500. NEW TO OUR INVENTORY! Amazing pond views and unforgettable sunsets from all levels of this beautiful home. Expansive decks for outdoor entertaining, dining or relaxing in the sun. Lovely side yard for outdoor games leading to a small beach on Swan Pond. Perfect for launching a kayak or canoe. Gas fireplace in open concept living / dining room with floor to ceiling windows. All hardwood floors in the main and second floors. Tiled lower level family room with additional sleeping and second partial kitchen. Great get away for a game of foosball or watching the evening game on the large flat screen television. Other amenities include central air conditioning and WIFI. Two baths each with oversize showers (no tub). There is no land line available at the house.
