Beautifully decorated home located in quiet Seabrook Village, the perfect destination for a fun-filled family vacation. The house is near South Cape beach, Mashpee Commons, ponds and nature walks. Four bedrooms include: main floor bedroom with daybed with trundle and bath with shower, upstairs master bedroom with queen bed and bath and two other bedrooms each with 2 twin beds and full bathroom with tub. Living room is open with fireplace and satellite, flat screen TV with DVD player. Dining area and breakfast bar look out on to the deck. Fully equipped kitchen with DW, microwave, gas stove with grill, refrigerator with ice maker and coffee maker. Second flat screen TV and DVD player in main floor bedroom. Linens and professional cleaning included. Great new deck that has a gas grill, eating area and seating area with a fire pit. Washer and dryer and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Window a/c units in bedrooms. Tennis courts within the association. Wi-fi included.

I am a professional and have always loved the Cape. The house is fantastic and I treasure my time when I am able to escape there. The beach is lovely, Mashpee Commons has great shops and good restaurants. I enjoy the nature, walking around the ambiance the Cape has to offer. Also close by is the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.

The property has a very open, light feel. It is newly, professionally furnished and feels more like a house than a cottage. It is very comfortable and has been well maintained. The deck is to die for, it spends the width of the house and backs up to a nature preserve. Also tennis courts within the association.

The great deck, the quiet of the area and the openness of the home make it the perfect retreat. Close to beach and shopping and the local ice cream stand.
