About Pamela Jones

We have lived in the Newburyport area for over 25 years and enjoyed this home for 5 of those years. When we moved from it, we turned it into a vacation rental. We own and rent out a beach house on Plum Island and decided to see if there was an interest in people renting this beautiful Victorian in Newburyport. There is! We have enjoyed providing this home to many visitors over the past 2 years.

Our guests have enjoyed this home in particular because of the large dining table, number of real beds, books and games, fabulous location, large master bedroom, basketball hoop, bikes, relaxing in the yard, sunny porch, gardens, most importantly, customer service. Because we live in the area, we do our best to quickly resolve any issues that may arise.

Spacious home that makes you feel at home.

Charming, three story, and VERY spacious home. We had a wedding to attend in Boston and rented this home for 3 families to have a sort of mini vacation as well. It was a perfect place for us to relax and for our kids to have a great time together. All rooms have good amount of space and one room upstairs, though looks small in pictures, has plenty of room to throw 2 additional single air beds as well. Kids loved it. Downstairs living room makes you feel at home. Again, space,space and plenty of space. Kitchen has all the modern appliances and utensils for those who enjoy home cooked meals, and we certainly did!!!

We went to the beach at Plum Island and Salisbury. It is a short ride and the beach is beautiful. We will certainly visit Newburyport again, as there is lot more to see, which we could not due to the short stay and the wedding.

Quick Trip, that weI wish had been longer

We just spent 4 nights in this lovely home and wished it had been longer. The house was very comfortable and convenient to all that we wanted to do. The sun room was wonderful for brunch each day. It is conveniently located for in town activities such as shopping, dining and running in all of the wonderful parks. Could one small town possibly have more parks?? It is also conveniently located to many day trips such as Portland, Portsmouth, Rockport, Glouster, Salem and Boston.
Pam was very nice to work with and available with answers to questions. We'll be back. Thank you, Gina, Jack and Henry

Family getaway

We had a wonderful stay here. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of dishes, pots/pans, etc, and there were plenty of bath and bed linens. The bath towels seemed new. Beds and sofas were comfortable. There were lots of games, puzzles, and a few toys to keep little ones entertained, and great cable and wifi. We enjoyed the large dining room-- we had a party while we were there and fit 13 people at the table. I had an infant and toddler with me, and there was a high chair, portable crib, and baby gates aft the house--great for those steep stairs! The owner was so nice, accommodating, and flexible. She came to the house on our first day to check in and see if we needed anything. A great vacation house highly recommended!

Beautiful spring vacation in charming Newburyport home

This lovely house and its friendly owners were perfect for our family vacation. Spacious and convenient to both highway and sweet downtown Newburyport. Neighborhood is just gorgeous. Owners were helpful and responsive to questions and house was in great shape. I would definitely recommend this home, it worked wonderfully for our family of two adults (plus visits from grandparents) and two young children. We enjoyed strolling downtown and getting ice creams, Not Your Average Joe's eating on back deck overlooking park, playground at Cashman Park, Enzo's Italian restaurant, Upper Crust pizza. I had an amazing massage at Interlocks. My family enjoyed takeout fried clams from Park Lunch Diner. I was also commuting into Boston for a week for work and the C&J bus direct to South Station was a true blessing. Thank you!
