4 Bed 3 Bath Close To Disney Parks And Orlando Attractions

Sand B Villa is a very desirable vacation home. The home is comfortable with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a formal living room and a family room, breakfast nook and formal dining room. There are 2 master ensuite bedrooms one a king and one a queen with a further 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for the family who like to eat at home with range cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. The breakfast bar provides extra seating for on the run breakfasts or late night snacks. A full size washer and dryer are situated in the laundry room away from the kitchen area. Just a 15 minute drive will take you to the Main Gate of Disney World and 30 minutes to Universal, Seaworld and Aquatica Water Park. Beaches are approximately 1.5 hours drive to either the clear blue waters of the Gulf coast or the beautiful sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast.

Our own pool area is ideal for taking up the Florida sun and topping up the tan, with an excellent pool and spa fenced for security for children the pool is very safe. There is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Shopping Malls and Outlet malls are only a maximum of 20 to 45 minutes drive for the avid shopper picking up the bargains and gifts to take home.
