This house is all about the views and the deep, clean, quiet water in the Chestatee Bay area of Lake Lanier. Bring your boat to the private covered dock on deep water with 1000 feet of private shoreline, or rent one at the nearby marina. This newly furnished, comfortable, and elegant home has 5 bedrooms, 4 and a half bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 levels of living space as well as 3 outdoor living spaces so it easily accommodates your whole group or family. The Fields Lane House is perfectly set up for small celebrations such as intimate weddings, reunions and planning retreats.

We have all the things a lake house must have: large screen TV's, loads of space, a karaoke machine, ping pong table, lovely bathrooms and kitchens, and many spaces inside and outside to sit, eat, relax and play. Even if it is raining outside, the huge screened-in porch will be sheltered and dry. You may also love the convenience of 2 full kitchens, loads of parking suitable for RV's or boat trailers, and 3 separate outdoor living spaces. Being handicap accessible, the home is perfect for guests from 1 to 100.

But mostly you will fall in love with the outside of this property. The views from the house are unobstructed from the sides, living areas, master bedrooms, and both level of porches. Walk through our grassy backyard down to the dock which has a covered slip left empty so you can store your boat there. The dock is never dry, has its own peninsula, and the slope is mild making it a great swimming and sunning area. This area of the lake is where the Chastatee River and the Chattahoochee River intersect, keeping the lake water flowing clean and fresh.

This Gainesville location is just a skip and a jump to loads of activity options: a public boat ramp about 2 miles away, great golf courses, an amazing outlet mall, the city of Atlanta, Stone Mountain, the North GA mountains, and so much more.

A $250 refundable deposit holds the reservation. Half of the rental fee is due 60 days before check-in and the final payment is due 2 weeks before check-in. Once the fee is paid, it is non-refudable.
