The studio is on the seven floor of prestigious 50 Biscayne, high enough to afford a 180 degrees view over the bay of Biscayne and be very quiet. It has its own private parking bay on the same floor. The building is recent with top security, a large pool and a modern gym with stunning views of the Bay. The studio is in impeccable condition with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi.

FANTASTIC vacation rental

I recently stayed at this condo for a week. My experience with this rental was excellent.

the property is beautiful, new, clean and well-appointed. The building is quiet and the location is great. The apartment has everything one would need to be comfortable (a fully-stocked kitchen, wifi, laundry, cable).

Check-in and check-out were seamless. Jean-Charles was unbelievably responsive to any inquiries I had and really went above-and beyond to ensure that my stay was a pleasant and comfortable one.

I would highly recommend this property and would rent from this owner anytime.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week and everything was perfect!

First of all, the location is outstanding and very quiet but within easy reach of all the points of interest in Miami. It is 5 minutes away from Miami Beach and 10 minutes away from Key Biscayne. It's also only a 5 minutes walk from the Bayside Marketplace marina and the Miami Heat stadium, and a 2 minutes drive from Mary Brickell Village (where the action is in Miami).

The condo in itself is great! It's spacious, clean and modern with a nice view of the bay. The building has extremely well maintained amenities with a spectacular pool deck, and a very well equiped gym with great views of the bay.

We rented a car in order to explore Miami, the Everglades and the Keys, so the free private (and secure) parking space saved us a lot of money in valet parking fees.

All in all we had a great time. I'll certainly be back!
