38 Full Sweep is a totally renovated and designer decorated masterpiece, private ranch-style home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The home seems filled with sunshine upon arrival through the beautiful, elegant glass front door and also from a combination of numerous windows throughout the home, welcoming the outdoors in, plus the cheery yellow undertones of the main living area.
Brand new furnishings throughout the home invoke a sense of comfort and ease. The warmly decorated sitting room is complete with two new sofas, custom-made draperies, Persian rug and Georgetwon Brick hearth with 100-year-old Georgia Heart pine mantel. Adjacent to the living area is an enclosed sunroom/family room with large sectional sofa seating and large 46" flat screen TV for entertainment. Enjoy this room morning or night, as it is surrounded with multiple windows, inviting sunlight and fresh air inside, as well as overlooking the beautifully landscaped backyard and pool.
The open dining-kitchen arrangement features a family style glass dinner table, seating eight, plus kitchen bar seating for four, perfect for quick coffee, breakfast or lunch. The Martha Stewart-line kitchen is newly renovated with grantie countertops, new cabinetry with brushed nickel hardware finishes, stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile flooring (connecting all the rooms throughout the home), and decorative backsplash. The dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and glassware are all new.
Three bedrooms are located on the left side of the home, with the master bedroom enjoying the backyard pool view and access. The classic, yet modern, decor of the master bedroom is fresh with blue undertones, luxurious new bedding and furniture, custom drapes, and hints of soft brushed nickel finishes. A large flat screen TV is provided and ample walk-in closet space is available. The master bathroom is nicely appointed with porcelain tile flooring, granite double-vanity countertop, and new walk-in frameless tiled/glass shower.
The two guest bedrooms each have two double beds, making comfortable sleeping for eight. Each room also has its own flat screen TV, chest of drawers and closet spaces. The shared bathroom in the hallway with a skylight is also well appointed with a granite countertop vanity and shower/tub combination.
Guests will enjoy their time relaxing by the pool and in the hot tub (heating available for an additional fee) in the privacy of their own backyard, while being able to catch glimpses of golfers as they pass in a distance on the 9th fairway of the famed Robert Trent Jones golf course. A day at the beach couldn’t be more perfect when you are able to come home, jump in the pool and take an afternoon snooze in a lounge chair of your own patio. A gas grill for BBQ meals is also available to make this vacation home that much more appealing.
