This is a duplex (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom downstairs). Each unit has a separate entrance and its own kitchen and dining areas. This property is great for large groups wanting a bit of privacy.

INDOOR SPACE (UPSTAIRS):

Our first bedroom has a queen sized bed, a TV, an en suite bathroom, and a dedicated work space. Our second bedroom has a queen sized bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds and 1 full sized bed.

In the living room you will find enough seating for everyone and a TV loaded with Netflix and other network apps. Our couch also has a full sized pull-out bed!

Our kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with everything you would need to make yourself right at home (excluding food) and our dining area provides enough eating/seating space for everyone.

INDOOR SPACE (DOWNSTAIRS):

Downstairs you have 2 bedrooms; one bedroom with a Queen sized bed and the other with two twin sized beds. The queen room has a 42' TV and a dedicated work space.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

You will have exclusive access to the entire backyard (for any approved pets) for your enjoyment. You will also have exclusive access to two balconies (one in the front of the house and one in the back)

PARKING:

You will have access to free onsite parking for 3 mid-sized cars. Street parking is first come first served.

STAIRS:

A part of this property is located on the second level. You will need to walk up one flight of stairs to access this part of the unit.
