Newer 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Bayfront Home

First floor - One queen bedroom, full bathroom, laundry, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining room that seats 6+, and a large, open living room overlooking the bay. Large covered deck with outside dining.

Second floor - King sized master bedroom with water view, large bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and TV room with pull out couch.

Central air, outside shower, gas grill and one boat slip included with the rental. Large lot and plenty of off street parking for boat trailer and cars. Minutes to Townsend's Inlet for off shore fishing.

About Peter McFarland

Although I live in Montgomery County, PA, I grew up in Avalon, NJ in the summer surfing and fishing. I built my home in 2003 and have enjoyed Avalon Manor's quiet and slower pace. Although minutes from the hustle and bustle of so many shore towns Avalon Manor has retained the old fishing village feel.

The area is a fantastic destination that offers something for everyone in the family. We enjoy fishing, boating, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and wave running - all of which we can do right from the dock on our property.

What makes this house unique

We chose this lot because of the open and unobstructed view of the Intercoastal Waterway. We designed the house as open concept to take advantage of the views from every room. The house is positioned on the lot to allow for plenty of off street parking for your boat trailer and cars.
