Luxury condo 3 Bedrooms 2 Full Baths (sleeps 8-10)

3 bedroom, 2 full baths, beach block, ocean view, new luxury Condo in North Wildwood, NJ. Vacation in a beautiful condo, on a very desirable street of North Wildwood. Watch fireworks from balcony every Friday night. Quiet end unit half block to the beach with no streets to cross, easy access to beautiful beach. Unit features ceramic tile in halls, baths and kitchen. Berber carpeting in bedrooms and living room. Kitchen has upgraded cabinets and granite counter tops, all appliances and stocked with cookware and utensils, and center island. Gas fireplace, 42in plasma TV, Bose stereo, DVD player with video library, lots of board games and paperback books, washer and dryer. Balcony with views of beach, ocean, and boardwalk. 2 covered off street parking spaces available. Bed linens and blankets included as well as beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, beach cart, beach umbrella, 2 outdoor showers and 2 outdoor gas grills. Must be over 25.

    Special Weekends (Irish, Fireman's, 50's, etc..) $900/weekend (Fri-Sun)

    An advanced deposit of 50% of rental rate is required to secure the reservation and guarantee your week. Balance of rent plus security deposit of $250.00 is required 30 days before check-in.

    Changeover Day: Saturday check-in 2 PM check-out 11 AM

    Cancellations - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation with no penalty.
  • No prom or senior week. Don't rent to under age 25.

Steps to beach and boardwalk, no roads to cross. Watch Friday night and holiday fireworks from balcony. Park your car and forget it. Everything in walking distance. Beach chairs, beach toys, beach cart, cooler, umbrella and boogie boards included. Bed linens also provided.
