Experience Lake Michigan from your own private beach frontage. The cottage features breath taking views from the deck. The dunes are spectacular. Only 45 stairs lead to your path to the beach; however, there is an easement which allows you to drive to the base of the stairs allowing a no step walk to the beach or easy access for your kayak or beach toys. Sit by the beach side fire pit, or walk along miles of beautiful Beach in either direction. The cottage was recently purchased and is undergoing updates including new flooring, painting throughout, new beds, new furniture and air conditioning. The cottage features a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full bed in the downstairs bedroom and 4 twin beds in the bunkroom. The cottage sleeps eight. There are two full baths. For rainy days the cottage offers flat screen TV's, WIFI Internet, Cable TV and a Foosball table. Free local and long distance calling is included, since your Cell phone may not receive calls. The property had been a five star rental under prior ownership, we hope to provide an even better experience.

We love the beachfront and the easy access to Lake Michigan. This is also a rare property where you actually own the beach front, it is not access or association owned like most other properties. In addition the cottage is only 75 miles from our home which allows us to be hands on for our guests.

  • $500 refundable security deposit required to save reservation.
    Final Payment due 30 days prior to arrival date. Check, certified check or money order. Payments made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in cash.
  • Prior to your arrival, the house is cleaned and set up with the basic cleaning products. Please maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. When you leave please be sure to leave the property as you found it. Please have all the dishes washed, clean the grill and place trash in provided trash barrels. Please be certain to close and lock all doors and windows before departure.
