SUMMER BLOWOUT SLEEPS 8 INCLUDES GOLF CART 70/NT

My husband and I, both retired, spent a great month in this comfortable, well located condo. It was clean and well maintained and offered a number of extras that made our stay enjoyable. For example, the golf cart which is included in the rental enabled us to explore the community more easily, especially on some of the really hot humid days. Wifi was really appreciated as was the outdoor electric grill which we used almost every day. It was very pleasant to sit on the balcony overlooking the pool and green space while dinner was cooking! I understand that the owner will be providing satellite TV next year which will be a welcome addition! The condo was spacious, with more than enough room for us. The complex is quite small - only 6 units - so it is quiet and private. We were the only ones who used the pool! It is very close to the main entrance and felt very secure and safe but was only a short walk to the beach and an even quicker ride on the golf cart! Its location near the entrance facilitated walking to the large grocery store across the street or catching a collectivo to one of the many nearby beaches, cenotes or other nearby attractions.. There is a little traffic noise in the morning and late afternoon as workers and delivery trucks make their way to and from the various locations in the community, ut nothing major. Issues that arose were dealt with either directly by the owner or the property manager. The owner was helpful both before and during our stay, and was very accommodating when we had to shorten our vacation from 2 months to 1. We are looking forward to returning next year and would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends. Thanks to Mark and Michele for a really enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful time at La Perla. The condo is lovely and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting on the lanai and enjoying the sunsets at the beach. The golf cart was great and allowed us flexibility going into the marina whenever we wanted. The grocery store is nearby, Paco Tacos for lunch and great restaurants for dinner. We especially enjoyed Cafe Ole...great food, service and Gailita is the best. The beach was so beautiful, warm water and ideal swimming for any age. Loved the location, between Playa del Carmen and Tulum so everything was easy to get to on the colectivo...no need for a car.

First time renting a condo and for 2 weeks. Mark was awesome in responding to any questions that I had. I was a bit leary but after emailing w/Mark I felt much better. We had no problem with transportation to/from airport and meeting with Mallory. We enjoyed the balcony every morning and evening. I really liked the tacos at Paco Taco. They have the Best strawberry daiquiri's at Hippos and the people there were great. We went to the marina and bought fish which was awesome. We felt very safe in the area. The golf cart was a blessing as we used it everyday. It helped us get familiar with the area and get to the beach/bars. There was no problem getting a taxi right out front of gate, which is very close to condo. We used the pool right off balcony quite often. Not many used it so it was quiet there, except traffic. It was cool seeing bannas growing in the trees. We saw the monkeys 3 times. The neighbors were friendly. It was a new and enjoyable experience for the 4 of us.
