Have spent several months this year utilizing this very nice condominium. It is in excellent condition and beautifully furnished and decorated. The location is very convenient to airport, shopping and restaurants. The ownership is very responsive to problems. Ana in their management office is wonderful. I highly recommend this property.

Cancellation Policy:If booking is canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% of initial rent deposit and full amount of security deposit will be refunded. No refunds other than the security deposit will be given on cancellations less than 30 prior to arrival time.
A $1000 refundable security deposit and an initial payment of 50% of total rental fee are required as soon as booking is confirmed. If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival time, $1000 refundable security deposit plus 100% of rental fee is due at time of booking. A valid credit card is required at time of arrival. we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
