Finca La Viña is a property of 15.000 m2, placed on a sloping hill about 150 meters above sea level. It offers great views of the coastline from Conil de la Frontera to El Palmar and of the beautiful countryside. The location is rural and offers you breathtaking sunsets. A large, Andalucian style villa has been built on the finca. The very nice apartment that we are offering is on one of the sides of the villa. It has its own entrance, fenced garden and big terrace which provides you with enough privacy. It has a nice living with wood stove, couch, table and chairs, satellite television, dvd player, radio/cd and wifi internet access. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. A very nice bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. On the property you’ll find a nice pool, parasols, sun-beds and garden furniture, which can all be used by the guests.

Notes: The apartment has its own fenced garden - of which the final part is descending - and on the terrace of the apartment there are 2 parasols and a big wooden table with chairs. A barbecue is available. Inside the apartment you will find: A very nice living with a wood stove, couch, chairs, dining table, satellite television, dvd player, radio/cassette/CD player and wifi internet access. The kitchen, though not big, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic plate, cooker hood, cooler/freezer and kitchen utensils. The large bedroom is nicely furnished; it has 2 single beds and an open wardrobe. The smaller room has 2 single beds as well. Duvets and sheets are at your disposal for all beds. The very nice bathroom has a shower, a wash-basin and a toilet. Towels are at your disposal. All windows have mosquito screens. The apartment can be heated by a stove and can therefore be used during the winter months, we provide you the fire wood free of charge.

Beaches and surfing: El Palmar - at 10 minutes by car - offers you beautiful white sand beaches and the very clean Atlantic Ocean. Since the beaches are long and wide they won't even be crowded in high season. Surfers will have a great time in El Palmar, certainly so in the period from fall until spring when the surfs are huge.

Places to visit : During your stay at Finca La Viña you have many possibilities for manking day tours. There are many nice cities directly around like Conil, Cadiz, Vejer de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Jerez de la Frontera and Seville breathing the culture of the Moors and where you can enjoy the relaxed way of living of Andalusia. From Tarifa you can even join a daytour by boat to Morocco and be in Africa for some hours. Nature around is beautiful, apart from the huge wide sand beaches of Conil and El Palmar where you can enjoy the sun and the sea, there are plenty of possibilities for walking, for example in the Woods of Barbate or the magnificent nature reserve Los Alcornocales.

Information for Golf players: Within 30 minutes by car you will find 3 Golf courses: in Montenmedio/Vejer, in Chiclana and in Nuevo Sancti Petri.

Hier erlebt man Urlaub, die Ruhe, das Herzliche Willkommen, die Natur aussenrum, die Einrichtung, hier fällt mir nur ein Wort ein, weltklasse !!

Grandioser Ausblick, traumhafte Wohnung

Wir durften 3,5 Wochen im heißen aber dennoch super verträglichen Klima im Juli / August in dieser wunderschönen, gepflegten Finca verbringen. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und voll ausgestattet. Garten und Pool bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf Hügel bis hin zum Atlantik. Endlose Ruhe und Stille sind garantiert und man kann die Natur ungestört genießen. Perfekte Vermieter, die uns unaufdringlich jede Hilfestellung auf Wunsch geboten haben. Die Fahrt von der Finca zum Strand dauert mit dem Auto circa 10 Minuten. Sehr gute Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und werden gerne wiederkommen.
