Completely redecorated and refreshed throughout, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy chalet provides the perfect getaway for small groups and families with its open floor plan and quick access to downtown Saugatuck!

The outdoor area boasts a large wrap-around patio with a gas grill, a screened-in porch with plenty of seating and an open side/back yard which is perfect for your dog--it's pet friendly!

Indoors, this warm retreat has an open floor plan--perfect for entertaining. The galley kitchen has all new appliances and opens up into dining room with great views of the outdoors. The dining table seats 6 and opens nicely into living area where you'll find a comfortable seating and a new, flat screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows top off this home's indoor appeal so sunrises and sunsets and can be enjoyed throughout.

With flexibility in bedding, this home is perfect for couples, small families or a group of friends looking to reconnect. The main floor Guest Bedroom has a Split King bed (2 twins or a king--you choose!) a flat screen TV, and a full guest bathroom nearby.
