Located near the marina in Ocean Pines, this property has it all. This property offers a cook's dream kitchen with state of the art appliances including 2 microwaves, 2 wall ovens, corian countertops, and adjoining sunroom with water views. It also has a large great room with cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling fireplace, and dining area. You will also find a first floor master suite with King Sleep Number Bed and roomy master bath. Laundry room, and half bath, as well as access to the garage will also be found on the first floor. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms and a spacious full bath. One bedroom has private balcony overlooking Ocean City skyline view.

Once you make this your summer getaway, it will be a place you will want to make your permanent summer vacation spot
