This great location is a popular quest request. Great for families. Stones throw to Snubber Chairlift and Shuttle access.

Condo includes three full bedrooms (K/Q/Bunks, trundle, twin), fully equipped kitchen (complete w/ microwave, dishwasher/toaster/coffee, etc.) and living room. Small deck, ski locker, second story end unit. Free access to pool house. Washer/dryer. No smoking, No pets (small pets negotiable)

Surroundings: You'll find the convenience of this condo is great for children. There's a pond on location along w/ a poolhouse that has hot tubs. Outside there are tennis courts for summer use. Sugarloaf was recently named as the largest ski resort East of the Mississippi w/ a new big glade. Access to the cross country ski network is at driveways end. Shuttle service offers free pick up and drop off w/i a minutes walk. Also, w/i a minutes walk, you can access the Snubber Chairlift to service the base area and entire mountain.

Summer: Not just a winter get-a-way. Sugarloaf's Robert Trent Jones Golf Course is on the Mountain. Also summertime offers plenty of outdoor activities including hiking Bigelow Mt.,or one of the three Maine Trail and Hut systems, fishing, canoeing or kayaking Flagstaff lake, chair lift rides, new on mt. zip lines and much more

This condo is the closest unit to the Snubber Chairlift. Close to shuttle stop and cross country ski trail access. Snowbrook is the only condo assoc. that has it's own pool house. A great family community setting

This condo is in an excellent location. Both alpine & nordic skiers can access trails a short walk away. The beds were comfortable and a nice fire was set in the fireplace so all we had to do was put a match to it. There was plenty of firewood available. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub after a long day of skiing.

My husband, son, sister and her three children stayed here for a skiing holiday. The owner was very friendly. We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm and the fireplace came in very handy. The bunk bedroom upstairs was great and even had its own bathroom for the kids, making our lives much easier.

The living room was cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a nice meal every evening. The proximity to a decent grocery store was disappointing, but nothing that cannot be solved by a quick stop on the way there.

The pool and jacuzzis are only a short walk away and we spent a great deal of time enjoying those. The ski-lift is right outside as promised. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation, made better by this great property. We would definitely stay again.

Snowbrook is a great location, away from the hub-bub and is a great little community that offers it's own community pool house/sauna/hot tubs as well as a skating pond and access to the cross country trails.
