About Ken Bailey

The owners, Ken and Vicki Bailey, live in Bainbridge,Georgia which is in the southwest corner of Georgia. We have four children and two grandchildren, so spare time or quiet time is just a dream. Art, real estate, high school sports, hunting, fishing, and family take up all of our time.

Why Ken Bailey chose Saluda

We visited this area quite often because two very good friends from college live in nearby Columbus. It is such a different environment here from south Georgia that we realized this would be a great place to 'get away'. Small town life with big city conveniences. Our youngest son said it best 'The air is always better up here'

What makes this house unique

The view from the living room and the back deck is just breathtaking. There is no doubt, once you see that view, that we have a great and wonderful God. I always feel closer to God when I am sitting in the rockers on the back deck surrounded by the beauty He has created.

The bottom floor has two bedrooms - a king in one and twin beds in the other that also share a bathroom. My first time staying in Saluda NC was great! My wife and I were looking for a quite weekend getaway from the city and hustle and busyness of life. We were fortunate to find this cozy home in the mountains. It was only 15 min away from the city of Hendersonville and we found plenty of good eats and activities to do. The home was fantastic and plenty of space. It was very clean and spacious. The view of the mountain from the back patio was unbelievable. My wife and I are going back with our three children within the next month or so. I would definitely recommend family and friends.
