Located in the Historic District of Nantucket the property is located on a quiet one way lane between Union Street and Orange Street, minutes from town, harbor, beaches, shopping, restaurants and walk to ferries. The property has off street parking and is a block from the bus line. The home has central air, four freshly decorated bedrooms, 5 flat screen/comcast tvs, three new full bathrooms and a large outdoor shower. The home comfortably accommodates up to eight adults with its 4 bedrooms, living room, spacious family room, dining room and gourmet kitchen with Wolf double oven, six gas burners and griddle, subzero refrigerator, full laundry, includes King and 3 Queen beds. Private large double lot with ex-large bluestone patio, cedar deck and historic brick driveway leading to beach gear loaded garage. The patio and deck are equipped with teak dining, umbrella and extra large gas grill. High end linens and towels. Beach chairs, umbellas and beach towels included. Remodel to all four bedrooms with built-ins and new closets with refinished floors and mahogany stair case.This warm and private fully restored and modernized Nantucket home has every amenity a vacation rental home can offer. Located in the Old Historic District of Nantucket's in town community is situated on a quiet one-way lane just minutes from Main Street and convenient to all of the activities of the Island. The property offers a private extra large back yard and patio. This 1850 antique half-Cape was completely renovated in 2013. The house is well insulated and transmits great lighting. Appliances are state-of-the-art. All four bedrooms have ample closet and built in storage.

We have been renting in Madaket for a decade. We rented this comfortable home and enjoyed the bedding, bathrooms,back yard and patio, We had two families (sisters) which made the property fantastic. Large, brand new kitchen and family room made for great kick off evening parties as kids walked to town only 2 blocks away and entertained themselves. Four adults and five kids made for excellent Nantucket summering. A++

We have vacationed on Nantucket for over 20 years and have renovated and expanded our home. The home, yard, beaches, restaurants make for spectacular family or corporate bonding. Past guests have loved our property due to its modern efficiency and proxmity to town and the town beaches.

The family room is a large, open comfortable area. The kitchen allows for collaborative meal preparation with its appliances. An espresso machine provides coffee for a quiet and relaxing early morning on the private patio. Outdoor furniture and grill in private and quiet surroundings make for an evening of unwinding and fun. The outdoor shower is an exhilarating way to freshen up after a trip to the beach, bike riding or sightseeing.

Our Favorite Nantucket House

This was my second time staying at this house. It was even better the second time. The house was spotless inside and has all the amenities you could ever ask for. It has a huge kitchen with all the appliances you need, spacious living room, and the most comfortable beds. All the bedrooms have TV's with Comcast as well. They also have a huge yard with a grille and patio. Everything on the property and inside the house has been well thought out for the renters enjoyment. The owners also left a great assortment of welcome gifts such as: cheese, crackers, and some drinks. It is also just a 5 minute walk from town with access to the supermarket and restaurants. I will definitely look to rent here next year.

Perfect home and location!

This home is simply amazing. It has everything you need for the perfect ACK weekend. The location is perfect and just a short walk to everything in town. The bedrooms are so beautifully decorated and comfortable. The outdoor area is perfection and a great location for happy hour! And in addition, the owners are the sweetest people and 100% committed to ensuring you have a wonderful stay in ACK. Will rent at this place for years to come!

One of the best houses in Town

We stayed at this house for 3 weeks. The house is immaculate and unlike almost every other house in town or even on Nantucket extremely spacious and free of clutter. The yard is massive. There is a garage to put your beach stuff and bicycles in. The kitchen in 5 star, wolf range, sub zero, amazing.

I have rented a lot of houses in Nantucket and this is by far my favorite. You can't go wrong with a big, spacious, newly renovated, walk to town, large yard, feet from the beach house that also has really awesome owners.

Rent this you will not be sorry, best deal in town!

Perfect House with Great Location

My friends and I stayed at this property over Memorial Day Weekend and we could not have been happier with the house. The whole house had just been renovated, so everything was brand new. The beds were so comfortable and all the bedrooms had new TV’s with Comcast. They also had a great wireless sound system. The house has a perfect back yard with plenty of seats, grass, and a grille. The layout of the house was perfect for us as the bedrooms are all located on one side of the house and the living space is very open with the kitchen and living room attached to one another. The house is perfectly located, as it is only a 5 minute walk from town and a block from the water. Finally, the owners of the house were so nice and helpful. Not only did they supply us with everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, etc, but they also bought us beer and snacks as a welcoming gift. We would absolutely stay at this house again and I would recommend it to anyone.

A Gem in Town

We stayed in this house for a weekend in the off season and we were blown away by it. The owners were welcoming, the house was pristine, and the location was perfect. The layout of the house was ideal for us -- one wing for the living room/kitchen/dining room and the other for the bedrooms. All of the beds were very comfortable and everything was brand new throughout. The backyard has excellent furniture on the patio and a lot of yard space where we often saw bunnies! It also has a great grill which was easy to use. The house was technologically up-to-speed with a great wireless stereo system, flat screen TV's with cable in every bedroom, and wi-fi. Overall, this house is a gem and we will definitely be coming back!

Ideal house in the perfect location!

This was by far the best experience I have had renting a house on Nantucket. The house was absolutely wonderful, recently remodeled and tastefully decorated, everyone truly loved their stay. The kitchen is exceptional, Subzero, Wolf the list goes on; all the appliances and cookware you need to make a big dinner:) The house was very spacious and the outdoor patio and yard was great to relax on. Landlord could not have been more attentive and helpful prior to and throughout our stay. A nice 8-minute walk into town, a block up from the water, the house is perfectly situated. Just far enough out of town center not to hear the hustle and bustle/vehicles of town, but close enough to be there in minutes, close to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. The house was immaculate, in addition, the newly redone bedrooms and bathrooms all had beautiful linens which are a rare treat in a rental home. The outside patio was ideal for breakfast in the morning - nice and private. Beds comfy, gourmet kitchen had everything we needed & more, and many touches of home throughout. Can't wait to spend another weekend in this house!
