We are the highest home in panorama ranches so your vacation starts with unobstructed views from independence to storm king mtn. With views of the elk mtn range with dead on unobstructed view of majestic 12,900 ft. Mt. Sopris.You will be delighted by the nature, sunsets, solitude, relaxation and luxury accommodations. We offer all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, flat screen TV's , movie screen, surround sound throughout the house, top of the line viking appliances. Our home is 8700 square feet with exquisite furnishings. The home is on three floors. The first floor is the library, mud room, laundry, walk in refrigerator pantry, open kitchen, living room with fireplace and large solarium and half bath. Master suite with fireplace, king bed with his and hers bath. The top floor has 4 bedrooms. One with fireplace and queen bed. Two other bedrooms with king beds and the 4th bedroom has 3 twin beds. There are a total of three full baths on this floor plus another laundry room. The lower level has a large media room with pool table, fireplace,bar and wine storage, 1/2 bath plus a one bedroom apartment with full bath. From there we have a tunnel to the garage.

The secluded 6 acre mountainside property delivers solitude, relaxation and just step out the front door and you have wrap around porches

And large decks for relaxing or enjoy hiking, fishing, cycling, white water rafting in summer or snow shoeing and skiing in winter or just watch the spectacular wild life throughout the day,

Area: if you are not familiar with Carbondale it's a

Colorado gem. The historic quaint downtown has great dining, funky bars and maintains its Colorado roots. This area is great for exploring. 30 minutes to aspen.. For restaurants, skiing, shopping, culture. 2 hours to crested butte, 1 hour to Vail or just 10 minutes to Carbondale and only 10 minutes to whole foods.
