Excellent 3 bedroom apartment with 112m2 and a parking space. The location is the best for transportation: with bus stop in front of the building and subway station (Cantagalo) approximately 50 meters away.

The building is super safe with gate on the sidewalk and 24-hour doorman. The Bolivar Street is perpendicular to the building with a multitude of conveniences: 5 newsstands, 2 bakeries that serve great breakfasts, 2 stationers, 3 grocery stores, beauty salon, pizzeria, numerous restaurants, bars, pharmacy, Club Olympico, Famous Roxy Cinema, ... and 5 blocks from Copacabana beach station 5.

Does the apartment:

A spacious living room with 2 sofas, recliner, coffee table, rug rack with cable TV, DVD, CD, home theater and surround sound. Small enclosed porch with hammocks.

A large room containing front: a huge closet with several drawers, a double bed with excellent mattress, ceiling fan, alarm clock radio, with Inscription chair.

Gostaria de deixar registrado que a minha estada durante o carnaval de 2013 foi excelente. Apartamento amplo e muito bem localizado. Meu carro ficou na garagem todos os dias...metro do lado e ponto de ônibus na frente. Íamos a pé para as praias de Ipanema e Leblon. Sem contar que o proprietário é muito atencioso, assim como os vizinhos. Obrigado!
