The layout of this home is unique, the ground level area offers Bedroom #1 which has a King sized bed, a full bathroom. There is also a Game Room on this level that has a Pool Table and tv. Upstairs (the first level) has the living, dining, kitchen combination area which is on the oceanside of the house. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on this level and they are down the hallway. Bedroom #2 on this level is a Master bedroom that offers a Queen bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #3 offers a Queen bed and Bedroom #4 offers a Bunk set and a Single bed. This home is nicely furnished and offers all amenities listed below as well as a highchair, Basketball Backboard, Garage to keep the salt off your car and a roof level observation deck with ocean view. NO PETS are permitted in this home. The turnover day for this home is Saturday and you can rent this property for either full week stays or for a partial week stays prior to 5/1 or after 10/1 with exception of holidays. Weekly Linen rental available, price per week for the Bedding Package is $145.00, per week for the Bath Package is $85.00, and per week for the Full Linen Package is $220.00-not including tax.
