This Outer Banks vacation condominium is at the Sea Oats Villas which is located at 1401 North Virginia Dare Trail in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina at Mile Post 7 1/2. This is Unit 2B which is located on the 2nd floor has a private balcony that overlooks the beach. There is a Community POOL that is available from May 11 to September 15. From inside this unit, you have an ocean view from both the living area and master bedroom. This unit has 2 bedrooms, Bedroom #1 is the master bedroom and has a Queen bed and has a private shower bath. Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen bed and has access to the common area full bathroom. There is also a Double Sleep Sofa in the living area. Amenities offered include those listed below. There is a community outside shower for guests to use before entering the pool or to help rinse the sand off after being at the beach. There is also a coin operated laundry facility on the ground level. The Community pool is located between the building and the beach. This location is within walking distance to restaurants and close to shopping and family attractions. NO PETS are permitted at this unit. The turnover day for this unit is Sunday. This home can be rented for FULL WEEK RENTALS ONLY between the dates of May 1 and October 1. Partial week rentals for a 3 or 4 night stay may be available but only prior to May 1 or after October 1 with the exception of holidays and are not taken in advance. Linen rental available, price per week for the Bedding Package is $75.00, per week for the Bath Package is $55.00, and per week for the Full Linen Package is $120.00-not including tax.
