AVAILABLE FOR FULL WEEK RENTALS ONLY, the Classic Outer Banks weekly vacation rental cottage "Grogan" is located right on the beach with awesome views of the ocean and it has plenty of old style southern charm! This home is located at 4923 N. Virginia Dare Trail in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina at Mile Post 2. This home is elevated but has 1 level living. The Living area and Kitchen are on the West side of the house. All 4 bedrooms are just down the hall as you walk towards the ocean. On the right side of the hall are 2 bedrooms and a bath. These 2 bedrooms offer the following bedding: Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, and Bedroom #2 has 2 singles beds. On the left side of the hall there are also 2 bedrooms that have an adjoining bathroom. Bedroom #3 and #4 each have a Queen bed. The oceanfront screened in porch can be used in the evenings for family gatherings or for those who want to enjoy the ocean view but stay out of the sun. There is an open sun deck on the oceanfront and the West side for sun bathing or just hanging out. Along with the amenities listed below, this home also includes a whole house fan system, 2 outside showers (enclosed shower offers hot and cold water, open outside shower has cold water only). There is carpeting and electric baseboard heat. NO PETS are permitted. This home turns over on Saturday. Weekly Linen rental available, price per week for the Bedding Package is $100.00, per week for the Bath Package is $80.00, and per week for the Full Linen Package is $165.00-not including tax.
