Newly updated 1 Bedroom Condo Marco Island, FL steps to beautiful beach and Marriott Hotel Spa Resort. Best section of Marco beach where you can parasail, rent watercrafts, watch dolphins..Sunsets are breathtaking!! This unit is located on the 3rd Floor (stairs and elevator access) with laundry facilities on the same floor. The condo is fully equipped and consists of 1 bedroom with Cable TV(1 TV in Family Room and 1 in Bedroom), pull-out sofa bed, 1 full bathroom with kitchen(both updated with Granite countertops), dining and living room areas. The ground floor area of the condo facility includes a tennis court, swimming pool and BBQ Gas Grill to enjoy at your leisure. Condo and grounds are meticulously maintained. GREAT LOCATION , walk to restaurants, beach, shopping and trendy little movie theatre. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. Everything you need for the beach is located in the front closet (towels, beach cart, cooler, umbrella, nice chairs!!). This unit is nicely setup for couples!!! Great area to cycle, walk and run!!!

This well maintained and fully equipped condo exceeded our expectations! Perfect for a couple who just want to get away from Snow for a week! Loved the decor, the pictures alone helped us chose this unit.A very comfy bed and beautiful large updated bathroom as well...
The lg. well furnished balcony with lots of seating, was a pleasure to enjoy every evening and watch the activity below. It was quiet around the pool this time of year, but the people that were there during our wk. stay were so nice and friendly and YES, Fred the grounds superintendant was wonderful. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION is probably the most important and the access to the beach cannot be beat. Directly across the street from the building. We recommend this particular condo very highly!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Wow! What a wonderful holiday we experienced in Marco Island this past week. Lynn the owner was such a pleasure to deal with. She answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. The condo was absolutely perfect. There is nothing one needs to bring outside of your bathing suit! The beach entrance is directly across the street from the condo. The condo is beautifully furnished and so comfortable. The grounds on the property are very well kept by a sweetheart we got to know this past week, Fred. He was so helpful with any questions we had on local attractions and restaurant suggestions. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who would love to have a great getaway of sun, surf and relaxation!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The location is perfect across the beach. The stuff in the entry way closet made it easy to go to the beach. The owners are really nice to work with and we will come back.The superintendent is really nice and helpful. If you want quiet and relaxing vacation then this place is for you. We really had good time.

We Loved This Place!

We totally enjoyed our stay at this condo on Marco Island. The location can't be beat--it's perfect for early morning walks or sunset strolls on the beach since a public access point is right across the street. We were easily able to walk or bike to movies and restaurants. The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous and so, so comfortable. Everything that you need or could possibly want is at your fingertips or tucked away in a drawer or closet. We would definitely come back for a repeat visit and hope we can do just that next year!

This condo is in a prime location, right across from the beach, close to shops and restaurants and very quiet. The updated beachy decor was beautiful, with granite countertops, new furniture, and a comfortable king bed. We found everything to be clean, bright and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The cart with all the beach equipment made going to the beach so easy and convenient. The building staff in the lobby were very helpful and knowlegable about the area. All around I would recommend this charming condo to anyone.
