My wife feel in love with Aruba and then this Villa. The tropical gardens and the quiet and serene neighbourhood and the proximity to Palm and Eagle Beach. The Villa is straight forward and not a complicated house. It is in an extremely safe area of the island.

The large private pool is ideal for families and couples. The rear patio is treated to the trade winds and a great place to sit and dine or have a cold beverage

Sol Palmas is located in a quiet area and very safe and private. For those seeking calm, the large private swimming pool and surounding gardens offer peace and quiet. Sol Palmas is only a few minute drive to the tourist area of Palm Beach and within 5 minutes of the beaches of Eagle Beach, Boca Catalina, Arashi and Malmok.

Guests can either BBQ or cook in, or drive to many world class restaurants located within 5--10 minutes.

Close by is the Historic Chapel of Alto Vista. A 2--3 minute drive.

On the way to the Chapel is Phillips Animal Farm. (Worth a visit for the kids)

Oranjestad the capital is less than 10 minutes and offers the fine shops of Prada, Cartier, Nine West as well as local merchants and the flea market.

we visited sol palmas during the 3rd week of august 2012. i have to say i was surprised with the home and how comfortable and up to date it was. the place was clean, attractive and had everything we wanted from internet to cable. the best features, in our opinion were the pool which was lovely with peaceful privacy and the fact that the outdoor dining area was in a shaded alcove so we could eat in our beachwear.

it was only a few minute drive to the beach but we spent very little time there. this was a vacation to relax and enjoy in peace and privacy. sol palmas gave us all of that without having to leave the pool and the house.

This was our second vacation at Sol Palmas and not our last. From the moment you step off the plane you will feel like you are home...but better. Beautiful weather, wonderful people and best of all the villa! Everything you will need is there. Pack some shorts, T-shirts, bathing suit and be prepared to enjoy. From the villa you are only 5 minutes to beaches, dining and shopping. We spend the morning at the beach or exploring the Island and then back to the villa for the afternoon by the pool with a cool drink and a BBQ dinner. AHHH now thats a vacation. This will be a no regret vacation...promise. Thank-you Bobbie and John for the opportunity to enjoy your villa in Aruba!!! See you in 2014!!!
