This corner south facing plot is situated in the heart of Golden mile, 2 minutes drive to Puerto Banus and Marbella. The sea is across the road and Puento Romano Beach. The Villa was formerly the owners residents so has all the comfort of a real home together with 42 inch flat screen t.v with satellite English channels as well a, beautiful fire place for some cold nights as well as air conditioning for rest of the time. Area and location of the villa both have a chemistry to offer residents the joy to all sports and activities. One can not stop to write about all the things that can be done from summer activities in the 320 days of sunshine and winter activities like skiing 2 hours away. Costa del Golf is one of the names given to the site for its extensive golf courses. day trips to Gibraltar, Morrocco, Ceuta , Seville, Grqanada, Cordoba and further away Portugal are the ideas for those explorers to get the maximum.

GETTING TO THIS VILLA: It is just 35 minutes from Malaga airport via the motorway. Either take a taxi from outside Arrivals, hire a self-drive car or we can arrange a chauffeur service to whisk you to the apartment. There is also a bus service. Airlines to Malaga include easyJet, Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Monarch, British Airways or Iberia depending on your departure airport. Full directions are provided with all bookings.

Just Amazing! Best holiday ever.

We booked a last minute holiday and took a complete chance when we found this house online. It was the best thing we ever did. The description of it didn't come near to doing it justice; it's an incredibly beautiful house in a fabulous location, almost next to the beach and a few minutes walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants of Marbella.
We were lucky that the weather was gorgeous and we could take advantage of the pool which was completely private and where we could sunbathe in the day and spend many an evening with a bottle of wine before bed.
The house itself is fabulous with luxurious furnishings, marble floors and just about everything you could wish for. The owner, Claudia, phoned us regularly to see if we needed any assistance and told us of some great places we could get to. One place was San Pedro, a small typically Spanish village just 15 minutes away by local bus. Puerto Banus was also just a few short minutes away - in fact the house is so perfectly located everything worth seeing is almost on your doorstep. We had a group of mixed ages from 18 to 50 and each and every one of us didn't want to come home! It was sheer perfection and we WILL be returning next summer. Fab house, fab holiday.

A wonderful vacation in the heart of Marbella!!

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Marbella, Spain, I would highly recommend this beautiful and spacious home in the heart of Marbella.

The view from the balcony is spectacular. You are only a few minutes to the beach and the stores/outdoor mall and the restaurants.

We stayed here last year, in early June and had the best time. You get the best of two worlds, everything you need to see and experience in Marbella, and then come home to this lovely house which feels like your own home.

The house is very clean, modernly decorated, with gorgeous view, spacious rooms, very homey, makes you feel right at home.
Personally, the private pool in the house does it for me (see the pictures to know what I mean). What more can you ask for when you’re on vacation?

The price is just right for the spacious condo and its location.
We received a very satisfying service and treatment from the owner, Claudia.
Couldn’t ask for a better house or a better location.

A lovely place to stay at, whether it’s for a family vacation or a couples romantic getaway.

Private large-family house with perfect location

We are two families renting this house for 11 nights in July 2013. The house is located perfect. It is near to both Puerto Banos and to Marbella. The bus stop is nearby and the buses work perfect but the street between the house and the beach gives some traffic noice. Banos is in walking distance and the beach stroll is very, very beatiful. The location near to beach is wonderful, only 100 meters and a supermarket is also only in 5 min walk. We found it great to stay at the beach forenoon, go home for lunch and then relax at the pool after lunch. In the evenings there where several good restaurants nearby. We very much enjoyed walking in Puerto Banos, looking at boats and cars and in the old town of Marbella.

The beach was not crowded at all, most days it was not many people at all. In the mornings and evenings lots of people where exercising at beach stroll. The beach was a little stony but still okey. The wievs with palms, houses, boats and mountains where marvellous.

The house is fine with large bedrooms with private balconies and several bathrooms. We escecially liked the privat and nice pool area, outdoor dining area and and the nice small garden. The location is perfect and we can very much recommend renting this house. We will probably come back some time and will definitely recommend it to our friends.
