Luxury 4 Double Bedroomed Villa with Large Private Pool

Accommodates 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.

Direct beach access.

Floor area is some 460 sq m (5000 sq ft) and occupies about one quarter of the tropical garden area. A spacious open plan lounge and terrace has commanding views over the Bali Sea.

A large 'infinity' swimming pool is both suitable for young families as well as the more serious bather.

Outside living is enhanced by two large gazebo's - furnished with soft mattresses and cushions as well as lighting and power points.

Internet connection.

Staff include a housekeeper/cook and a gardener and night time security is provided 7-days a week. Our housekeeper is happy to cook and shop for you during her working hours.

Here in the North there are still many traditional plantations, waterfalls, temples and villages that perform various trades. Walks in the vicinity of the villa along the beach and besides the fields and temples gives many opportunities for the avid photographer and allows you a window on the life of the still traditional ways of this unspoiled area of Bali.

There are many activities to keep you amused during your stay. Jump on a local boat from our beach to visit the dolphins (sometimes you can see them from the villa). Visit waterfalls, hot springs, and temples. Golf is 45 minutes away as is the Botanical Garden. Horse riding in the hills above Lovina. Tennis is 20 minutes away. The best diving and snorkelling is at Mejengan Island. You can play badminton and croquet in the garden. Lovina is the place for the best restaurants in North Bali. You can hire a car with a driver for about 500,000 Indonesian Rupiah per day. Alternatively you could rent a small motorbike or bicycle.

Massage and yoga can be arranged at the villa.

This spectacular villa in North Bali is on the beach, 5 minutes from the town of Seririt, 15 minutes from Lovina and 30 minutes from Singaraja. The beach is to the front with rice fields,vineyards and mountain range behind. It has many of North Bali's tourist attractions within easy driving distance: git git waterfall, water temple, Botanical Garden and Golf Course at Bedugul. Hot Springs and Buddhist Temple at Banjar just 7 minutes away. Diving, snorkelling at Lovina, Permuteran and Menjangan. National Park 45 minutes drive. Shopping at Seririt, Lovina and Singaraja. Many natural sites around the villa for photographic opportunities.

This is our second visit to this idyllic paradise villa in northern Bali and it is the most beautiful and calm setting to relax in. The owners and staff go out of their way to make sure that your holiday is everything you could dream of and more. The facilities are to a high specification but you are urged to treat the villa as your own home (I wish!!). The local attractions, especially the waterfalls and the volcanic spa, must be visited and the local restaurants (if you can tear yourself away from the pool and sea) are of a good variety and enjoyable. The local people are very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The highlight of the last holiday for me, however, was going out to sea in a local boat and being surrounded by hundreds of dolphins - an experience which will probably never be repeated. I can highly recommend this villa and area to anyone who is wishing to escape the 'rat race' and just wants to chill. I hope to revisit next year.
