This beach apartment is perfect, and in a great location! Isla Verde is worldwide known vacation site. You’ll find all kinds of watersports amenities, supermarkets, casinos, video rentals, hospitals, convenience stores, banks and lot of restaurants and bars, all walking distance.

In our apartment you will enjoy the comfort and pleasure of staying in a hotel for fraction of the cost. The apartment is cozy, you will feel at home!

About Carla Minet

We are a couple that rents the apartment as an investment, while we build our new home.

Why Carla Minet chose Isla Verde

This property is the legacy of my grandparents Armando and Clara. Is a great spot that has a lot of great memories and nice experiences. We have remodeled recently.

Isla Verde Avenue, where the apartment is located, is a classical tourist area with all kinds of amenities, restaurants (from fast foods to gourmet style), stores, pharmacies, bars and music lounges, all walking distance. If you want to enjoy the air of Old San Juan, you are just 10 minutes away, in taxi, or public transport, that costs only .75 cents. Also, you are 5 minutes from Piñones, Loíza, a great site for bicycle, sight seeing and to try local food delicacies.

Awesome Place

Me and my husband are frequent flyers to Puerto Rico and had our share of trying out different condo's complexes. This was our first time staying at the Coral Beach Condo and we LOVED it. We are having our agent look into available units to finally buy something. First and foremost Carla was great to communicate with. Straight to the point and on point on everything. We were met by Luis, Carla's husband and he was awesome at showing us the unit as well as the condo complex. Made sure that the security guards knew of our stay. All we had to do was mention his name and we were in. I like that kind of treatment. Luis was also nice enough to text me places that he recommended we try. We did not take advantage of that since we were tryng new things and tried our luck with fishing. We caught a variety of fish and gave to the locals. The condo was fully equipped just like the ad stated. The view was spectacular and weather was awesome. Linens and towels were brand new as well and well stocked. I was sorry I did not meet Carla, but if she is anything like Luis then sorry we did not meet. The only thing we did not take advantage of was the excerise facility. But a stroll on the beach took care of our excerise rotuine. Graias Luis and Carla and hasta proto. Teresita

GREAT TIME!

Our stay in Isla Verde was wonderful. The apartment cozy, clean and perfectly located in the heart of everything happening in that part of town. Walking distance to most everything you need. The condo building was safe, clean, peaceful and right on the beach.

We'll definitely be planning another visit soon and won't think twice about staying in this apartment.

A Beautiful Condo In Isla Verde

This comfortable 17th floor 1 bedroom unit has a spacious living room and a balcony that overlooks both the ocean and the lagoon. The secure community has a gate that opens right onto the sand and another than leads you out onto the main street. The balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy the view of the beach with kids playing in the water, people playing in the sand and the kitesurfers taking advantage of the ocean breeze. Most days, I left the balcony door open and the front door to the condo open, which gave me a great breeze through the condo. The kitchen is well stocked for any basic cooking needs that you have, and there are plenty of dining options within a short walking distance. If you want to get to Condado or Old San Juan, it's a short cab ride away. Isla Verde is very close to the airport, but there is absolutely no airport noise, which I was surprised by. I had a great time at this unit, walking up and down the beach, enjoying the local food and soaking up the local culture. The property owners, Carla and Luis were amazing. They were there when I checked in to the property, made sure I had everything I needed and even followed up a day later to make sure that I had no problems. I had a minor hiccup with the internet connection and they immediately contacted the cable company to make sure it got fixed to my satisfaction. They took great care in making sure that I fully enjoyed the property and my stay at the condo. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who's coming to the Isla Verde area.
