Large house in a gated community, 24 hour security, a living room with fireplace and toilet, dining room, large lounge (with TV), to conversations and chats, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, plus 1 suite, kitchen with refrigerator and stove , bathroom, barbecue with a refrigerator in the pantry, pool 8 mx 4 m and chairs for sunbathing. In the condominium still exists, 1 Soccer Field Society, tennis court with permitted use of the property to tenants. There is also a playground for children up to 12 years.
Nearest Airport : Viracopos at 60 Kilometres
Car: recommended

The condominium is located on the border between the county and cities of Itatiba Morungaba region where the climate and air quality are enviable, exactly in the circuit of fruit. A 110 km from São Paulo - Capital, 40 km from Campinas (SP) and 26 km from Amparo (SP). It is a place where nature takes care of the most beautiful moments from birth to sunset which contributes greatly to the need for relaxation of working days. An ideal place to relax, hike, take a sun bath and enjoy a delicious pool accompanied by a nice barbecue with family and friends.
