Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Enjoy a week or two at the beach, shopping, golfing, touring or all of the above!

My condominium is located on the 9th hole of the Norman course in the Havens community of Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach. With four great golf courses designed by Norman, Dye, Fazio and Love , you know the focus at Barefoot is golf but the resort also has its own beach cabana and runs a free shuttle service from your front door to the ocean which is just a short distance from the front entrance to the Resort. The Havens own pool complex is right across the street if lounging by the pool is for you!

After a full day of golfing, shopping or swimming, relax on the screened-in back patio and enjoy the cooling breezes of the evening. Enjoy the activities of the birds at the feeders in trees.

Barefoot is also a short walk to the shoppes and restaurants of Barefoot Landing and only a mile or so from Myrtle Beach Mall and the Tanger Outlet Mall on Hwy 17. The condo is on the ground floor and is fully furnished and equipped so you will feel “at home” immediately. There are comfortable sofas, Hi – def TV’s with over 125 cable channels available, wireless internet and local and long distance phone service and much more. Linen and towels are included so you really only need your personal things to feel at home.

The main bedroom has a King bed plus a computer station, a walk-in closet and full bath. The second bedroom is set up as 2 twin beds but can be combined into a King size bed if desired. Its own full bath is just outside the door. The larger sofa in the living area is also a Queen bed if needed and the smaller sofa is a comfortable two-person recliner sofa. A washer/dryer is available and a fully equipped kitchen (in case you tire of the great restaurants in the area!)

Your family pet(s) are welcome. I ask that the pet be in a program such as ADVANTAGE (no fleas please!). In place of damage deposits and pet fees, I purchase a traveller's insurance policy in your name with CSA Travel Protection through VRBO which provides coverage against accidental damages. The cost is included in your rental fee. You will be sent a copy of the policy before you arrive.

If golf is on your agenda, call me for details about arrangements to get preferred rates at local golf courses.

I require a 50% deposit at the time you make your reservation and payment in full two weeks before arrival. Pay with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal , bank draft, or personal check. Your rental fee covers all taxes and pet and damage deposits.

About The Owner

I am a retired educator who lives in the country and enjoys gardening and golf. I travel with my older German Shepherd dog and his much younger companion. I know that pet owners will appreciate the area because there is a huge pond with dog clean-up facilities on either side of the pond. I spend the winter months at my condominium.

Why The Owner chose Windy Hill

The condo is located in a community with 4 terrific golf courses and Barefoot Resort is central to almost every attraction in the Myrtle Beach area. Golf courses, shopping malls, Broadway at the Beach, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, and many other attractions are just minutes away and yet the casual country atmosphere of Calabash , North Carolina or Pawley's Island, South Carolina with their phenomenal sea food traditions are less that 25 minutes away. The beaches of the Grand Strand are about a mile away and there is free transportation to and from the beach right to your front door. 60 miles of beaches are at your doorstep.

Great vacation rental!

We stayed in this condo for about a month. Ron(the owner) contacted us to make sure everything was fine with the condo . He also provided some excellent suggestions for sightseeing activities and good restaurants that were favored by the locals. The condo is comfortable, clean and quiet. It is across the road from the pool and in a very convenient location for biking,walking and especially golf. I would definitely stay there again! We are retired educators from Wisconsin.

The condo is great you feel right at home very relaxing. Your pet will love it too. Has everything you need all the comforts of home. Once your there you don't want to leave. Conveniently located to the beach and all the attractions. We would highly recommend it and come back again.

We loved the condo. It was exactly like the pictures and Ron was so helpful. He called to make sure that everything was okay upon our arrival. We felt like we were right @ home. Our two dogs were so @ home that after their walks they knew which condo to go to like they had always lived there.
The condo is nicely situated near outlets and restaurants but not so close to invade the privacy of the condos. I enjoyed taking the shuttle to the beach and meeting new people every day. The security is right on top of things there and we were comfortable walking the dogs @ any time.
We would recommend coming here for a vacation and we would enjoy returning for a longer vacation!

We just got back from an amazing time in Myrtle Beach! Loved staying at your condo, it was so clean and felt very homey. It was very convenient to everything! I especially loved that you are able to float in the pool and how close it was, just a few steps. The shuttle was very nice and we took advantage of that most days due to the lack of parking at the public lots.We will definitely be back, hopefully next year! I would recommend this condo to anyone, especially if you are looking for the thrills and attractions of being in the heart of MB without all the NOISE! Thanks for a great time and being so kind and informative/helpful in making our vacation one to remember!

Wonderful second home

I was blessed to stay at this condo for a month and a half recently. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. It is stocked with everything you need, very comfortable, clean and the location is GREAT! The community is kept up fantastiac, with great spots to walk your dog and enjoy nature. Would not stay any place else!
