This 3 Bed 3 Bath Town home is centrally located within Regal Palms resort which is just 6 miles and 15 minutes drive from Disney. The home comes with full kitchen facilities, king, queen and two twin bedrooms.Regal Palms resort is an ideal place to stay for a great value family holiday.This particular home comes with 3 Bedrooms - 1 King Master en-suite, 1 Queen Master en-suite and a twin bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the lounge has a TV and DVD player. This unit is close to the resort facilities.The resort itself has 2 pool, a lazy river, water slide, games room, gym, spa, sauna, bar and restaurant with free wi-fi in the clubhouse A $10 per home per day resort usage fee is applied on arrival to the resort management.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Was very nice for the deal we got, but the mattresses were so uncomfortable! literally everybody had a bad nights sleep on them. Also, one of the pillowcases was dirty, and a throw pillow on the bed had dried blood spots on it. The home itself was nice and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed.

Rating Details:
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The rental unit was dirty, the carpet extremely stained, TV's didn't work, toilet ran, no internet as promised, blinds didn't work properly, a total let down. The property manager's solution was that I could leave and they would refund the balance of my time, great idea, but not practical considering it was spring break - no units available. Will never use this group again.
