Stylish 3 bedroom luxury property north of Sydney sleeping up to 6 guests

Absolutely spectacular beachfront penthouse apartment which has been architecturally designed, this penthouse is right on the beach at Salamander Bay commanding a magnificent view looking towards Shoal Bay and across to Tea Gardens. The outside terrace is over 200 sq. meters and features a BBQ area, dining area and sun beds. The inside is modern, light and airy with glass to most of the back of the property so you have an uninterrupted view of the coastline and beach. There are 3 sets of bi-fold doors opening up what is already a spacious penthouse to the outside.

Your penthouse is just a short distance from local amenities, shops, restaurants and local attractions. This area of New South Wales hosts some of the best beaches in the world including Salamander bay literally on your doorstep and Fingle beach.

Your accommodation sleeps up to 6 adults with 3 queen size beds. As you would expect of a luxury property of this nature all the bedrooms all have TV's, overhead fans and en-suite shower rooms. There is also an additional bathroom with a bath.

Your gourmet kitchen has state of the art appliances and is exceptionally well equipped everything you could need for your stay to create wonderful culinary masterpieces.

You will have a double garage with private stair access to the apartment. Video intercom system and private walkway to the beach and there is also an outside shower.

This is the perfect accommodation for golfers as it is just 5 minutes away from Horizons Golf Course.

You have an amazing place here. We felt like 'celebrities'! We had a relaxing time chilling out on the deck, playing on the beach with our grandson and chilling out inside. Everyone had their own bedrooms and space do what they wanted. Watch DVDs, read, play board games etc and eat eat eat! We felt privileged to have booked your place these school holidays and hope to come again. Thank you for a wonderful break!!!
