Harbor Towers is a beautiful resort style living with on-site security located directly on the Inter-coastal Waterway and just five minutes walk away from the Siesta Beach. The property has two heated pools, three har-tru tennis courts, fishing pier, and a marina with space available if you have a boat. It also features a large poolside patio with four gas grills and plenty of space to enjoy meals. Harbor Towers offers free Wi-Fi in the recreation room.
Our beautiful one bedroom one bath condo is located on the 6th floor of Harbor Towers (612) with a spectacular view of the inter-coastal waterway. This fully furnished condo is 751 sf and is ideal for a couple’s getaway. It has all the amenities of home and more.
Minimum two weeks rental period. Weekly rent $800 from January 1 to April 30, $500 per week for the rest of the year. The rate is subject to 7% state sales tax and 5% local tourism development tax.
We accept payment by cheque, all major debit/credit cards(including American Express), travelers' cheque, or wire transfer.
NO PETS of any kind are permitted.
$300 reservation deposit is required to secure your reservation. We also require $300 damage deposit upon your checking in. Logistically, the reservation deposit will be used towards the damage deposit upon checking in and will be refunded to you within 10 days upon your departure, net of any damages, if any.
